Booking & Deposit

• A 10% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

• This booking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Existing Work from Other Technicians

• I do not infill work done by another technician.

• If you have existing nail enhancements from another salon, I will soak off and remove the product before applying a fresh set.
